Who Needs to Review My Project?
If your project is located outside the City of Manor municipal limits but within the Travis County Emergency Services District 12 (TCESD12) service area, you are required to obtain approvals from both the TCESD12 Fire Prevention Division and the Travis County Fire Marshal's Office.
These are two separate agencies with different responsibilities and permitting requirements. Receiving approval from one agency does not satisfy the requirements of the other.
Before submitting your project, verify whether your property is located within the City of Manor or in unincorporated Travis County. If your project is outside the City of Manor, you should contact both agencies to ensure all required permits, plan reviews, and inspections are completed.

Schedule a Fire Station Visit & Public Education!

Requests are subject to personnel availability, operational demands, and emergency response needs, and submitting this form does not guarantee a visit or presentation.
