Emergency Response by the Numbers

In 2025, TCESD12 responded to 5,558 emergencies, a 5.1% increase over 2024 and the highest annual call volume in the district's history. As the communities we serve continue to grow, so does the demand for fire protection, rescue, and emergency medical services. From life-threatening medical emergencies and structure fires to motor vehicle collisions and hazardous conditions, our firefighters remained ready to respond whenever help was needed.

Throughout the year, TCESD12 maintained an average response time of 7 minutes and 38 seconds while working alongside neighboring agencies through mutual aid to ensure the closest available resources responded to emergencies across the region. These partnerships strengthen emergency response capabilities and enhance service to our community.

Behind every emergency response is a commitment to continuous improvement. Throughout 2025, personnel participated in live fire training, company development, and specialized coursework while the Fire Prevention Division completed plan reviews, commercial inspections, fire investigations, and development consultations to support the safe growth of our district. Together, these efforts help ensure TCESD12 is prepared to meet both today's emergencies and tomorrow's challenges.
